Frequently asked questions
How quickly are boat covers and sails cleaned?
It depends on the season. In peak season, from February to April, allow 5 to 7 weeks; the rest of the year, everything is usually ready within a week. Partners can schedule cleaning in advance.
Do customers have to bring their items themselves?
No, we offer transport as an option. Partners bring the items themselves or have them collected, depending on their preference and the volume.
How does invoicing work?
You receive a clear invoice per customer. As a collection point, you invoice your customer yourself; we charge you the partner rate.
What does it cost to become a partner?
Becoming a partner is free. You only pay for the cleaning jobs you place. No contractual commitment.
Will I get new customers through ZONklaar?
Yes. Private customers who contact us directly are referred to the nearest collection point. Your business also gets its own page in our collection point finder, in English too.
What about liability and transport?
Insured shipping through third parties is often too expensive. ZONklaar still takes responsibility: if something goes missing, we can handle the communication with your customer on request and work with you to find a fair solution.
