Frequently asked questions
Do you work on site, or does everything go to your facility?
Both are possible. We treat parasols and loose awning fabrics in our facility in Sneek. In the Netherlands we clean fixed awnings and patio covers on site, from mid-May to the end of September at 15 °C or warmer. For businesses outside the Netherlands, we agree the approach individually.
When do you schedule the work?
By arrangement, for example on a closing day, so the work does not get in your way.
How quickly can you handle rush jobs?
We schedule rush jobs by arrangement. Completion within four working days is possible for a rush surcharge.
Do you maintain the mechanism, or just the fabric?
Both. Besides cleaning and waterproofing, we carry out the technical and mechanical maintenance of your awnings ourselves. One point of contact, everything in-house.
What if a fabric can no longer be cleaned?
We tell you in advance. We assess your awning and give you an honest view of what is possible. If a fabric can no longer be cleaned, you hear about it before we start.
How do VAT and invoicing work?
We quote business prices excluding VAT. We invoice per job, with a payment term of 30 days.
